Time Management and Media Consumption

January 27th, 2007 · No Comments

You are pulled in so many directions by commitments to work, family, and community. Now the media has also become an increasingly large consumer of your time. According to Nielson, Americans will consume media 9.5 hours per day in 2007.

With the limited amount of free time you have, it becomes ever more imperative to be sure that you have your work prioritized, including online hours. There is a large buffet of offerings, and it is easy to consume more than is beneficial for you.
