		<description>The topic about Social Networking and Productivity is going to be discussed over and over again and the opinions will definitely be very different. I think that neither FB nor Twitter affect the productivity of the employees as long as they are used in a balanced way.
I am happy that with the help of WorkMeter I can know for sure how much time during my day/weak I have spent focusing on my work tasks and how much time I lost visiting my FB profile.
I think that these Social Networks should not be banned, as this will only make the employees feel angry, but there should be some metrics to show us objective analysis so we could continuosly improve our work habits.</description>
