		<description>I agree with you on that.  I don&#039;t feel chained to my devices but I do want access to them once or twice a day.  I can pick one block of time each day to deal with email and return phone calls and then shut them off.  Knowing that I am in the loop without being chained helps me be more relaxed the rest of the time.</description>
