		<description>This is so true. I also read somewhere that:

- multitasking lowers your IQ more than marijuana
- when you switch between activities, it takes your brain 20 minutes to accomodate to the new context.

		<description>I understand the comment about having trouble &quot;singletasking.&quot;  We are habituated to thinking we should be doing more, and so we constantly shift around between projects and activities.  Even though we are more productive doing one thing at a time, we have to relearn the behavior.</description>
