		<description>Mark has a good point about email being backed up.  However the backup is often done in the evenings, leaving time for you to delete any inappropriate or unnecessary messages.  Also, many companies place a limit on the amount of the mail that can remain in the inbox, in some cases wiping it out after a certain period.</description>
